KSV records statement for private individuals

If you need a KSV records statement to present, please order an InfoPass. This is not free of charge.

The KSV records statement (InfoPass) can only be ordered online.                    
Payment must be made in advance. (Credit card, PayPal, eps or paysafecard).

It is also possible to order with ID Austria (full version). You do not need an ID card in this case. 

Attention: We do not have in-person customer service. The KSV records statement is only sent by e-mail.

  • E-mail address
  • Mobile phone with SMS reception (Austrian mobile number only)
  • Photo ID (passport, identity card or driving licence)
  • Registration form (Not necessary for InfoPass for tenants).
  • Means of payment: credit card, PayPal, eps, or Paysafecard

Have you been asked for a KSV records statement?

This report, known as the InfoPass, confirms to the authorities or your landlord that you’ll be financially reliable. The InfoPass is easy to request from the KSV and you can print it out yourself.
