To make sure the InfoPass translates into an added value for your future employer, we absolutely recommend that you upload all the necessary documents.
The InfoPass for Applicants is available at only EUR 43.00 (incl. VAT). Within 3 working days, you will be sent an email containing a link to download the InfoPass.
You will need:
- a valid email address – for the purpose of ensuring two-way communication with you.
- an SMS-enabled mobile telephone – works only with an Austrian mobile telephone number.
- a valid picture ID – passport, personal ID or driving license (credit card size).
- a current confirmation of registration (not required when ordering an InfoPass for tenants).
- one of the following payment methods – credit card, PayPal, eps or Paysafecard

- Identity verification: Identification via ID Austria or official ID card.
- Criminal record check: Optional submission of a criminal record certificate.
- Reference check: Option to submit a social insurance record with relevant employment history and previous employers.
- Financial check: Insights from the ConsumerCreditRecords (ConCR) indicating orderly financial circumstances.
- Social media or internet research: Voluntary submission of LinkedIn and/or XING profiles by the applicant.
